OUR MISSION
“To shape and equip men and women eager to serve God as reliable leaders and trained to teach, motivate and lead others effectively”.
ACADEMIC TRAINING
We provide the students with the neccesary knowledge in theology, apologetics, Bible exegesis, hermeneutics, and church history; so they can be ready to teach and defend the sound doctrine, and to reject the human ideologies that opposes her (1 Tim 4.1-7a)..
PRACTICAL MINISTRY TRAINING
We train the students to develop the required skills to carry out the charge of every evangelist: to preach the Word with perseverance and in every moment, to encourage with patience to others and to continue teaching (2 Tim 4.2)..
PUBLIC PRESENCE TRAINING
We prepare the students to talk in public so effectively that they may leave a powerful impact in the hearts of those who listen (Acts 14.1), in an excellent management of massive events, in a global missionary vision and in financial convictions.
“And the things you have heard me say in the presence of many witnesses entrust to reliable people who will also be qualified to teach others… Preach the word; be prepared in season and out of season; correct, rebuke and encourage—with great patience and careful instruction.”

EDUCATIONAL PHILOSOPHY
In the ELM we have a philosophy of education
- Willingness to suffer and sacrifice to advance the Kingdom of God.
- Courage to preach the gospel in every circumstance.
- Firmness to anchor always their teaching in the truth and not in error.
- Conviction to please always first God before pleasing men.
- Motivated fundamentally to do the will of God and not for economic or power interests.
- To love so much to the church as parents love their children.

STRUCTURE
Identify the different components of the ELM’s program
MODULES
We work simultaneosly in develop each one of the three Training Modules (Academic, Practical Ministry and Public Presence), but we have also an Administrative Module in charge of all the financial aspects of the program.
LENGHT
The complete ELM’s program is formed of seven semesters (three and a half years in total). In each semester one course is developed per module (three courses per semester). Each course has twelve classes (thirty six classes per module). Each class consists in a two hours session every fifteen days, from 10.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m.
STYLES
We use different teaching styles, like the traditional format (instructor teaching and students listening), participation dynamics, audio-visual resources, on-line resources, visits to relevant places (museums, expos, etc.), and the flipped classroom model.
B-LEARNING
Taking advantage of the technological progress in the educational field, we use a B-Learning (Blended Learning) educational model, that combines all the benefits of the on-site class (face to face contact), with a distance education software (E-Learning) for homeworks, media, files, forums and more.
MENTORSHIP
The program includes a personal development plan for each semester, lead by every assigned mentor for each student, to help and supervise them in the spiritual, character and ministry performance areas. Total commitment from the students to their local ministries and goals is expected.
MEALS TOGETHER
Our program includes meals every day of class with all the students together, where they will fellowship one with another and with the instructors, they build friendships and know each other. This is a key element for the healthy formation of leaders in the Chrisitan church.
