EDUCATIONAL PHILOSOPHY

In the ELM we have a philosophy of education

Inspired in 1 Thessalonians 2.3-8, where the apostle Paul described the nature of his personal missionary work in the city of Thessalonica, our educational philosophy will provide the required ideological background to help, through training, mentorship and instruction, to build leaders with the next personal principles:

  1. Willingness to suffer and sacrifice to advance the Kingdom of God.
  2. Courage to preach the gospel in every circumstance.
  3. Firmness to anchor always their teaching in the truth and not in error.
  4. Conviction to please always first God before pleasing men.
  5. Motivated fundamentally to do the will of God and not for economic or power interests.
  6. To love so much to the church as parents love their children.
